We are an appointment-based boutique Pilates studio.
We do not offer drop-in classes at the moment.

We offer private 1-on-1, duet, trio equipment classes, mat classes, and virtual mat classes.
NOTE: We do not arrange the duet/trio partners for you. If you would like us to do that, please come for a private 1-on-1 session first so that we can assess your skill level and pair you up with the right partner.

Prices are subjected to instructor.
The price range for single lesson are:- Private 1-on-1: $120 – $150
- Duet: $72-$95 per person
- Trio: $59-$65 per person
- Mat/Virtual Mat: $35 per person
- Apprentice Instructor Private 1-on-1: $70
- Apprentice Instructor Duet: $50 per person
NOTE: Apprentice Instructors can only take clients without serious health complications/history, i.e. hip replacement, spinal surgery, osteoporosis

- How long are the classes?
Each class is approximately 55 minutes each. - Do you offer virtual mat Pilates classes?

We are located at 183 West Portal Ave, San Francisco, CA 94127 , near the West Portal MUNI station. - Is there parking in the area?
Yes, there is metered parking in front of the studio.
