Our meditation and mindfulness classes and day courses delve into essential aspects of self-discovery and transformation under the guidance of Jeffrey Mince. With over 30 years of experience as a teacher and practitioner, Jeffrey, a former Buddhist Monk, is a fully certified ICF ACC Coach specializing in grief, trauma, loss, end-of-life, and addiction. Jeff takes a practical, compassionate approach to mindfulness psychology and wellness meditation practices.
