Pilates Story Sixth Anniversary Gathering Retreat

In May 2023, Pilates Story celebrated the 6 year anniversary of a diverse, strong and loving community.

We shared and listened to each other’s heartfelt stories of everyday living challenges and we inspired each other with open hearts and arms.

We practiced mindful movement, breathing to express the gratitude of our health and wellbeing.

Hope we all continue to grow to our life’s full potential and we will meet again in 2024 in Teravana.
